We are Articulate R&D – a trading name of Articulate Digital Ltd, registered in the UK (registration number 11732374) at Articulate Digital Ltd, Newminster House, 27-29 Baldwin Street, Bristol, BS1 1LT. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, registration reference ZA834075.
Privacy on our website
Our website is hosted in the UK and provides information about us and our services. It may use cookies as necessary for the devlier of this content (e.g. for session management). We do not as a matter of course store data about visitors to our website. If you use our contact form, you are consenting to us processing and transmitting this data for the purposes of communicating with us and consenting to our contacting you in return.
Privacy in our busienss operations
We provide the following functions to our customers:
Data controller:
- We hold and manage data that is nessary for us to provide services for our customers. That includes (but is not limited to): customer company information, contact data (e.g. employee contact details), and documents provided to us by the company that they consider necessary for us to provide our agreed services to them.
Data processor:
- We process data on our customers’ clients where we are engaged work that requires it. That includes (but is not limited to): customer clients’ company information, contact data (e.g. employee contact details), and documents provided to us by the company that they the customer considers necessary for us to provide our agreed services to them.
You have the right under GDPR to request any personal data we hold about you, or for us to delete such data. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Information security
We operate an active and regularly reviewed information security policy, which our employees and any subcontracted consultants are required to sign-up to. Our Information Protection Officer can be contacted via info@articulate.digital
Our core business systems, including those for collaboration and internal document storage (which may include data and files about and from our customers and in turn their clients) and collaboration are UK-based. All computers are hard drive encrypted using strong encryption, and it is a requirement for any subcontracted consultants to computers that are hard drive encrypted using strong encryption.
Customer and customer clinet data is not otherwise shared with third-parties unless directed to us by the customer. Customers chose the mechanisms by which they wish for us to send and receive data and documents.
